And this work ethic has served us well. You only need to click here, to see the high opinion our customers have, about us. Having said this, there are occasions when a printing job may not match up to a customer’s expectations. And to address such a rare situation, we have this policy in place.

But before talking about this policy, there is one important thing that you need to understand.

How Our Personalised Services are Different from Regular Goods & Commodities

There is a difference between a generic product sold in a mall or clothing store and the highly personalized service we provide at Orchid Digitals. Our prints are customized for each and every customer.

For example, a brochure that you source from us, contains images and data specific to your design and layout. A visiting card order that you place with us bears your name and company logo. And while these products have value to you, we obviously cannot resell the same to someone else.

Please remember that custom printed goods, once returned, have no resale value and head straight to the recycling bin.

Also, the designs for every print happening at our place comes in from your / client’s end. We do not offer designing and layout services nor charge anything for the same.

So if you place a print order at our place and then decide that the fonts or colors are not to your liking, or if there is a spelling mistake or content error, the onus of that error is on you. In fact with a constant flow of jobs at our end, we hardly even glance at the content within the prints.

Therefore, goods returns are not accepted at Orchid Digitals like they are, in a mall or clothing store.

But this does not mean that we do not stand behind our print quality. If our work is deficient in any way, your job will be reprinted / replaced at once.

Get a Free Print Sample to Verify the Quality

To avoid unpleasant surprises at a later stage, you can also source a sample and satisfy yourself with our qualities. As mentioned before, we are extremely confident that our print quality will meet all your requirements. So, if you are worried about the print quality, we can probably print out a small batch of your job in your presence.

If you don’t like it, you can just walk out and no questions will be asked. Also, if you are ordering online, we can always message across some photos/videos of the sample prints.

How to Check if You Are Eligible for a Print Job Replacement?

To be eligible for a replacement, please go through the following points carefully:

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by an oversight from our side.

4. Our policy for this replacement / reprint lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Replacements / exchange cannot be granted if…

  1. If the prints bear obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  3. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
  4. Sale / Discounted items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items, items sold on a discount, or items distributed as free samples cannot be replaced.

The Process of Reprints, Exchanges and Refunds (If Applicable)

  1. Please send your print item to our address: Orchid Enterprises, Shop 1, 2, 3 Shripad Apartments, 278 Shaniwar Peth, Near Omkareshwar Chowk, Pune, Maharashtra, 411030, India.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the same.
  3. If the replacement is approved, we will reprint another copy of the same job and exchange it with you.
  4. The original print material will be kept back with us
  5. If an exchange / reprint is not possible, you will get a refund of your money within 7 -10 days of your return. In this case…
    a. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1 – 2 weeks.
    b. You can also choose to use that credit against another purchase from us  

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Back the Prints That Need to be Replaced

  1. To return your product, you should mail your product to our address: Orchid Enterprises, 278 Shaniwar Peth, Near Omkareshwar Chowk, Pune, MH, 411030, India.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  4. If you are shipping an item over Rs.2000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
