Founded and led by Managing Director Paul Johnson, IFS has grown steadily since opening its doors in Sheffield in 2016 and has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, cost-effective freight solutions supported by exceptional customer service.

Through long-established relationships with major shipping lines, NVOCCs, airlines and express carriers including FedEx, DHL and UPS, we are able to offer competitive rates and flexible service options worldwide.
IFS holds badge codes for all major UK ports and airports, allowing us to support overseas partners with:

In 2024, IFS expanded with the opening of our Bradford branch, managed by Catherine Gibson, strengthening our presence across Yorkshire and further enhancing support for both customers and overseas network partners.
June 2026 marks our 10th anniversary in Sheffield, and we continue to achieve year-on-year growth while maintaining the personal service and flexibility that have been central to our success.
